We’re proud to share that we’ve achieved the new Microsoft Copilot Specialisation, which marks our tenth Microsoft specialisation to date. This milestone reflects not just the strength of our partnership with Microsoft, but also our dedication to helping organisations embrace the potential of AI in a safe, practical, and sustainable way.
The Copilot Specialisation recognises partners with the expertise to help customers make the most of Microsoft’s AI capabilities, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and Copilot Studio. This achievement shows that we go beyond simple delivery of Copilot workshops. Combining deep Copilot knowledge and experience with proven adoption methods and a wider understanding of business change and employee experience has allowed us to successfully transform many organisations with the Copilot suite and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Microsoft specialisations of this kind are not awarded lightly, and only a handful of partners in the UK have earned it to date. We’re delighted to be among them, and our achievement underlines the value of our approach and the know-how we bring to every customer engagement.
Bringing AI into everyday working life
While it’s always rewarding to be recognised by Microsoft, what matters most is how these capabilities translate into real benefits for our customers. We’ve helped organisations across many industries adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot, allowing them to realise efficiency gains by raising the bar on productivity but also targeting specific use cases and processes. We specialise in working closely with different business units, tailoring Copilot training and adoption to their specific needs and pain points. Our adaptive approach combines ‘promptathon’ sessions, process scenario workshops, drop-in clinics, deep-dive Copilot training, and a host of other methods to help us drive Copilot success through improved ways of working.
At Advania, this is supported by our broader capability in Microsoft AI. We help our clients understand how Microsoft 365 Copilot can be extended with agents, tackling specific processes and challenges to drive increased value. Our wider skills in Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform help us identify truly transformative AI opportunities as we work with clients, opening up exciting new possibilities rather than unknown complexities and barriers.
Attendees to our recent series of Agentathon events – held in collaboration with Microsoft – have seen first-hand how accessible this technology has become. Delegates from HR and healthcare worked alongside our specialists to design their own AI agents for their specific needs. Importantly, they weren’t just IT professionals, demonstrating how AI can empower every function in an organisation. Many left with prototype agents they could take back into their organisation to evidence the potential AI holds to automate workflows or reimagine how specific challenges are tackled.
A trusted technology partner
“This latest achievement with Microsoft is something we’re incredibly proud of as a team,” said Chris O’Brien, Products & Services Director, Advania ”But more than that, it’s a signal to our customers that they have a trusted technology partner who can help them navigate the opportunities of AI safely with a focus on real value.”
This Copilot Specialisation reaffirms our position as one of Microsoft’s most highly accredited partners. As a day one Microsoft cloud partner, we’ve guided hundreds of organisations through migrations, modernisation, and now AI adoption. With every new milestone, we remain focused on being a guide our customers can depend on for clarity, expertise, and results.
Looking ahead
For us, this achievement represents another step on the journey rather than a new destination. AI is progressing quickly, and our role is to ensure our customers can stay ahead with the right balance of innovation, governance, and business impact. Whether it’s adopting Copilot, securing private AI environments in Azure, or experimenting with agent–based automation, our mission is clear: to help organisations harness AI in ways that deliver lasting value.
