Advania has received the Omdia Innovation Partner of the Year Award, recognising the company’s strategy for trusted, sovereign and governed AI and the launch of Advania ALT. The award was announced at Canalys Forum EMEA in Barcelona on 8 October.
The recognition comes from Omdia, a leading global technology research and advisory group whose analysts track technology markets, companies and emerging trends around the world. In selecting Advania, Omdia highlighted the company’s unified approach to AI, continued investment in AI expertise and infrastructure, and early customer adoption.
Omdia’s analysts highlighted Advania as one of the first technology partners to bring these capabilities together in a solution already being rolled out to customers. Sovereignty, governance, compliance and cost transparency are becoming increasingly important as organisations move from experimenting with AI to adopting it at scale, but few technology partners have yet brought them together in one unified platform.
For Advania, the award is recognition of a strategy built around helping customers adopt AI on their own terms. Rather than committing customers to a single model or technology provider, Advania is building the expertise, infrastructure and services to give them the freedom to choose the right technologies as their needs evolve.
Building the capabilities for the next phase of AI
AI is one of Advania’s key strategic growth areas. Over the past year, the company has invested significantly in capabilities across the AI value chain, including the acquisitions of The AI Framework, Gompute and Evolv, investments in sovereign AI infrastructure and the launch of Advania ALT.
