Chris joined us in 2010 and is the Product and Services Director at Advania. Starting his career as a developer, in the early 2000s he began to specialise in content management and SharePoint and spent a decade as an independent consultant, including a spell with Microsoft.
As Products and Services Director, Chris oversees our core service lines including Modern Workplace, Azure, Cyber Security and Compliance, and Fresh – our digital workplace product.

Anoop is a Development Architect at Advania and has been with us for more than five years. In November 2021, Anoop was awarded MVP status for the first time.
Starting out as a SharePoint developer in his home country of India, in 2011 Anoop moved to Scotland to pursue a course in management. He has been working in Microsoft consultancy ever since, focusing on SharePoint projects with responsibilities ranging from requirements gathering to delivery.

Steve is Advania’s Field Chief Technology Officer and has been with us for more than eight years. With previous experience in both the private and public sectors, for the last ten years Steve has worked in the Microsoft Partner ecosystem as a consultant and practice lead. He also helped a large organisation to become one of the first adopters of Office 365, the forerunner to Microsoft 365.
In his current role, Steve has guided hundreds of organisations through smooth transitions to Microsoft 365, as well as designing large programmes and managing complex projects for our clients.
